I'm currently around 79/80kg and the most heaviest I've ever been at 5'4. This lean bulk went a lot better than expected so next time we might even try push 85kg. Over the past year, a lot of you have seen really drastic weight loss methods as I was dieting for my bodybuilding competition season so this time around I wanted to document a much more relaxed and sustainable approach - something I do whenever I'm not competing. I'm going to be sitting at 2300 calories and for every time I don't hit 2300 calories I'm going to try show you how I approached it, what I ate, how much I gained and then how long it took for my weight to get back on track. I want to show you guys that you can still have a social life and enjoy food while still losing weight. There's a lot of approaches to fat loss and it's not something you have to or need to rush if you're not that seriously into bodybuilding. So yeah, this series i guess is just going to go for however long it takes me to lose 10kg and hopefully it helps motivate some of you along the way as well.
