Für das Pesto benötigen Sie frisches Basilikum, Pinienkerne, Parmesan, Knoblauch und Olivenöl. Alles zusammen mixen und über die rohen Zucchininudeln geben. Ein leichtes und leckeres Gericht, das ideal für eine gesunde Gewichtsabnahme ist.
Anleitung: Zucchini mit einem Spiralschneider zu Nudeln schneiden. Basilikum, Pinienkerne, Parmesan, Knoblauch und Olivenöl mixen. Pesto über die Zucchininudeln geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Linsensalat mit Feta und Tomaten

Try these 3 weird fat loss exercises to lose more fat faster.
1. Staggered Push-up keys are one hand goes above your shoulder(high) the other hand is in line with your ribs(low). Do 1-3 reps and switch positions with your hands. Try to stay in the prone or push-up position when you do this.
