Exactly 70 Days ago today, I decided to change the way I was eating. I used an app called MyFitnessPal and altered my macros to suit my lifestyle in a way that I would hopefully lose a bit of weight with little effort. This is known as IIFYM (If it fits your macros). I am a 6ft, 22 year old guy who lives a fairly active lifestyle, my maintenance calories would usually be around 3200 calories per day. I decided to drop that down to 2500 for 70 days and this video shows the results. There were around 10 days in which I broke the diet and went way over my calorie total which is some what disappointing. However even though I did cheat, you can clearly see there was still a result.
