It’s not my intention to provide complex choreography, rather it is to give fun and easy to follow routines that can still be a little bit challenging but once we’ve practiced a few times and mastered the moves we can push our bodies to a whole new level of fitness! 🙌🏻
After the initial cardio dance routine I spend some time breaking down the segments piece by piece and then we’ll do the routine one more time! 👍🏻
