my weight loss progress so far!
I’m not feeling my best especially I’ve been stuck at a weight plateau for few months being around 155 lbs average the last few months.
Decide to recheck my progress and remind myself that I will reach my goal to hit a healthy weight level for my age and height someday.
I went from a size XL/L to a size L/M but usually a medium in clothes now! The gym clothes I’m wearing from 2024 feel loose on me nowadays and I slowly gotta rebuild my gym closet with clothes that fit my body again soon!
I did wish I record myself more of my own body so I can compare myself easier from the past to now. I don’t wear glasses anymore due to lasik and PRK eye surgery too!
Gonna hit a year soon since I started working out and watching what I eat consistently soon and this is myself sharing my realistic progress with my ups and downs in my gym journey :)
