I will share here the best diet for muscle gain and losing fat.
In short, here is what you need to know:
1. Eat a calorie surplus on workout days
2. Eat a deficit on rest days
3. Calculate your protein requirements
4. 40% of your calories should come from fats
5. The rest can come from carbs
6. Choose casein instead of whey
7. Drink coffee
8. Eat plenty of nuts (ideally, walnuts)
