1 cup cashew
1 cup Almond
1 Cup Walnut
Dry roast
Add 1/2 Tsp ghee
Add 2 cup makhana
Dry roast, until crisp
Add 1/2 Tsp ghee
Add 1/2 cup Gond (edible gum)
Roast until puffed and white.
For sweetness add 10 dates, grind to make puree(add little water to grind)
Grind all the ingredients separately.
Mix well and make ladoo
Have 1 ladoo daily
