При снижении веса многие врачи рекомендуют пациентам не только соблюдать диету и принимать препараты для снижения веса, а также и 1-2 раза в день принимать клетчатку, растворённую в воде.
Возникает логичный вопрос: ЧЕМ ПОЛЕЗНА КЛЕТЧАТКА ПРИ СНИЖЕНИИ ВЕСА?

При добавлении клетчатки в пищу клетчатка работает как мягкий сорбент, то есть частично «вытягивает» на себя усвояемые углеводы, а значит, замедляет усвояемость сахаров в кишечнике. То есть при добавлении клетчатки к «вредным продуктам», действительно, «вредный продукт» усвоится медленнее.
Однако, если принимать добавленную к пище клетчатку вместе с витаминами, микроэлементами либо же лекарствами, то клетчатка абсорбирует и их.

Клетчатка полезна для микрофлоры кишечника, является пребиотиком, питанием для полезной микрофлоры, за счёт этого улучшается пищеварение.
✅ УЛУЧШАЕТ РАБОТУ КИШЕЧНИКА
Клетчатка улучшает перистальтику – продвижение пищи по кишечнику, вследствие чего снижает риск развития запоров при снижении веса. В этом пункте самое главное- адекватное количество жидкости. Если клетчатку запивать недостаточным количеством воды, то у нас будет запор, а не улучшение моторики.
✅ РАБОТАЕТ КАК СОРБЕНТ
Клетчатка работает как «щеточка», собирая на себя продукты обмена, токсины, липиды. И да, мягкие препараты клетчатки (псиллиум, фитомуцил, мукофальк) часто назначают с целью получить эффект мягкого сорбента.
✅ СНИЖАЕТ ХОЛЕСТЕРИН
При регулярном употреблении клетчатки замечено умеренное снижение холестерина, в частности, за счёт липопротеидов низкой плотности - ЛПНП – «плохого холестерина». Это происходит как за счёт эффекта сорбента, так и за счёт улучшения микробиоты кишечника.
✅ ДАЁТ НАМ ЧУВСТВО СЫТОСТИ
Клетчатка – неусвояемые углеводы – при прохождении по желудочно-кишечному тракту дает нам чувство сытости.
Именно поэтому перед сном, когда нам уже не нужны усвояемые углеводы, не нужна лишняя пища, мы можем выпить чайную ложку клетчатки, растворенную в 300 г горячей воды, и почувствовать сытость.
👩⚕️ КАК ПРАВИЛЬНО ПИТЬ КЛЕТЧАТКУ ПРИ СНИЖЕНИИ ВЕСА❓
Если мы хотим получить максимальный эффект от клетчатки, то есть и улучшение пищеварения и эффект сорбента, то клетчатку стоит принимать НАТОЩАК, то есть 2 часа до и 2 часа после никакую пищу и лекарства, витамины не употребляем и растворяем клетчатку в большом количестве чистой воды.
Если рассматривать работу ЖКТ, то лучше растворять клетчатку в горячей воде. В среднем 1 чайная ложка клетчатки растворяется в 300 Гр воды.
Если воды слишком мало, например- на 150гр воды 1 стол ложка клетчатки, то в данном случае клетчатка может вызвать запор.
👩⚕️ КАКУЮ КЛЕТЧАТКУ ВЫБРАТЬ❓
Одним из лучших видов клетчатки является псиллиум (оболочки семян подорожника). Препараты псиллиума так и называются -либо псиллиум либо аптечные препараты - Фитомуцил, Мукофальк.
Если же мы берём обыкновенную клетчатку из овса, из пшеницы, из льна, то она более крупная, более грубая. При добавлении её в йогурты получается «йогурт со злаками»- достаточно вкусно и сытно. Однако за счёт более крупного помола сорбирующий эффект выражен меньше.
