Today's show is part two of my favorite tips on how to lose weight fast, and more importantly, not just weight, but fat. You want to lose weight fast because we know that people who lose weight fast actually lose more weight, and that weight loss becomes permanent.
• I want you to get fifty grams or more of fiber a day. Get it from beans, berries, chia seeds, or a product I have from The Virgin Diet called Extra Fiber you can sneak into your shakes.
• Stop snacking. If you eat good, high quality meals the Virgin Diet way with slow low carbs loaded with fiber, lots of non-starchy vegetables, healthy fats, and clean lean protein, you should be able to go four to six hours before you need to eat again. You want to be snacking on your stored body fat!
• One of the single most effective things you can do to improve your digestion is to slow down; another thing that can help are enzymes to aid with protein and fat digestion.
• You really need to track your water, a good rule eighty to one hundred ounces a day.
• One thing that will make the biggest difference in weight and health? Sleep. Find out how many hours are right for you, and make sure you get that on a regular basis. Remember, one poor night of sleep, and you're more insulin resistant, and you can't access stored fat. Your ghrelin is higher, you're hungrier, you're craving sugar, and you're tired.

7 Weight Loss Mistakes To Avoid For Losing 35kg In 100 Days
If you’re new to my channel, welcome! My name is Chris Jadama.
My plan is to document my fitness journey publicly and share everything I learn along the way. My goal is to get fitter while living a normal, everyday life. Just simple, effective methods to lose weight and build muscle.
This channel is for people of color (and anyone else) who want to build a healthy, sustainable fitness routine without becoming obsessed with the gym. I share my wins, my losses, and everything in between — real, unfiltered progress. I’m here to show what’s working for me, not to tell you what to do.
How I got here...
2014: Started working out for the first time with no plan, drinking two protein shakes a day, and eating my mom’s cooking. Saw zero progress that year. Gained some weight, but lost it all and ended up skinny.
2016: Discovered the 5x5 exercise program and had friends teach me about protein and calorie intake.
2017: Bulked up to 90kg with a "dirty bulk" — drinking Nutella, eating oatmeal, and stuffing my face constantly to gain weight. Lost all that weight after I stopped eating like that and dropped back down to 80kg.
2020: Gained 20kg during COVID and hit my heaviest weight ever at 90kg.
2022: Got back into working out and started losing weight again. But this time, it was slower and more frustrating compared to my quick progress in 2017.
2023: Hit a massive plateau at 80kg. No matter what I did, I couldn’t drop below it. I’d already lost most of the weight but still wanted to go further.
2024: Broke through the 80kg barrier by walking uphill and climbing stairs. I finally dropped to 75kg — the same weight I was in high school, a weight I hadn’t seen in 15 years.
What I focus on:
Efficient fat burning: I found the fastest way to get daily steps in without wasting hours walking.
Mindset shifts: I’m sharing the mental changes I had to make to stay consistent.
Learning in public: You’ll see me try new ideas, test methods, and share honest results.
I’m not here to preach — I’m here to show. If that sounds like something you’d vibe with, stick around. We’re all just writing our own fitness story, and it’s way more interesting when you share it out loud.
