Friends I’m really proud of myself for taking this big step and getting my health under control, my weight under control. I’ve just been taking it one day at a time. I feel like I’m going at a very healthy pace. I’m not trying to lose weight too fast because I don’t want to experience hair loss or any other things that comes with losing weight too rapidly, I am currently 211lbs even I DID GAIN A POUND 🤧 (I can’t seem to get out of the 210-212 range these days) however, Ive been on 5mg as of late and I will be starting BACK on 7.5 ☺️
Nonetheless, my weight loss goal is to be about 175 to 180 pounds. so for me, I want to lose at least another 35/40lbs……by July 🤯 think I can do it? 🤭 Lol
